The only problem with the Kaspersky Rescue CD seems to be that it does not have the ability to automatically update its virus definitions. In other words, it’s stuck at the day when it was first made, a couple of months ago. In view of this, my personal suggestion is to go for other Rescue CDs that are either regularly updated, or possess the ability to update automatically, such as BitDefender’s, F-Secure’s and Avira’s.
