000Webhost is one of the cool web hosting it has 1GB of web disk space and a great bandwidth size but sometimes it sucks either the host is down or not.

I’m using 00webhost as a backup site specially for my files hosted here. I’m not really sure if my current host will renew their hosting service next year so I’m stepping one foot ahead just in case.. ehehe

i don’t understand what you mean by putting registration on your website thru 000webhost.
If you mean user registration, yes you can since it support mySql and PHP. You may also want to try fantastico to install scripts on your website such as wordpress like what I am using now.
If you mean Domain name registration, yes you can also use your domain name.
But now, I strongly suggest that you try Xtreemhost.com instead of 000webhosts. I’ll make a review later for that.
