RemoteJoyLite. It’s a plugin that allows you to connect your PSP to the PC via USB. Not only that, it also lets you play PSP games on your PC. Actually it only use your PC as your Monitor.

* take note that this will only work on PSP with custom firmware

Other Features:

  • Video Capture
  • Screenshot
I tried this ony my Windows Vista Laptop and it works fine. although you still need audio jack (same head) so you can connect the audio of the PSP to your PC / Laptop.
You only need to download this file [ RemoteJoyLite.zip ] and just follow these few simple steps:
  • Unzip the file in any directory.
  • Connect PSP via USB
  • Create new SEPLUGINS folder on your memory stick root directory
  • Copy RemoteJoyLite.prx inside SEPLUGINS direcotory
  • make new 2 text file and name it as VSH and GAME
  • Paste this ms0:/SEPLUGINS/RemoteJoyLite.prx in VSH.TXT and GAME.TXT then save it.
  • Restart your PSP access Recovery Menu (Hold R when turning on)
  • Activate Both Plugins
  • Exit Recovery Console
  • When your PSP starts Windows will detect it as New hardware. You will be asked to find driver for the PSP.
  • Choose the location of the extracted zip file \RemoteJoyLite\LibUSB
  • Run RemoteJoyLite.exe you will now see your PSP if you have installed the driver correctly.
* take note that some games will not work.
